Vegan Bolognese

A hearty chestnut mushroom and green lentil ragu slow cooked in a tomato, red wine and thyme.

Perfect with a bowl of freshly cooked spaghetti or alternatively spoon over some blanched orecchiette with plenty of grated cheese (vegan if required).

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
