Coq au Vin

Succulent boneless chicken thigh and smoked bacon lardons braised in red wine and thyme until tender, with carrots, mushrooms and silverskin onions.

A lovely heart-warming stew that could be served with crushed potatoes, mash or simply with buttered green beans.

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
