Each box has three separate meals, which each weigh 1.2kg. That’s enough to feed 4-5 people per meal (so 12-15 portions in total). Individual products are sold in 1.2kg bags.
There are 3 packs in each box. Each pack is approx. 4cm x 20cm x 15cm - it would fit through an average letterbox.

The liquid within the blue ice-packs is nontoxic and 100% drain-safe so you can pierce the ice-packs and pour the liquid down the drain. The plastic can be recycled at local supermarkets that offer recycling of plastic bags. Alternatively if you did have a use for them the ice-packs can be frozen down and re-used.
