Lamb Rogan Josh

Originating in Kashmir, this mild and fragrant lamb curry is spiced with ginger, Kashmiri chilli and cardamom, finished with natural yoghurt. 

Serve with a bowl or our delicious organic lentil and tomato dhal and some fresh chapatis on the side.

Preparation & Heating Instructions
Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
