A South Indian coconut curry, rich with a blend of spices, ginger, green chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves cooked with sweet potato, cauliflower and green beans.

A big bowl of this on its own would be delicious, but you could serve with flat breads, wilted spinach and chickpeas, cooked pulses such as yellow or green lentils or basmati rice.

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
