Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use within 6 months.
Soak the beans in a bowl of water the day before use. Drain the beans and rinse with water. Add to pan of boiling water and cook on medium heat for 60-90 minutes until tender. Drain well and leave to stand for 3 minutes.
