Beef Bourguignon

Tender British beef and smoked bacon lardons, marinated in red wine, thyme and rosemary. Slowly braised until tender with carrots, button mushrooms and baby onions.

This delicious, classic French stew could be complemented with mashed potato - plain or with a hint of Dijon mustard for the more adventurous. Works equally well with boiled potatoes.

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
