Lightly spiced minced beef with cumin, smoked paprika, ancho and chipotle chilli’s slowly cooked In tomato and our in house mole, finished with Mexican black beans.

A family favourite which can be served simply with boiled long grain rice or great with lime and chopped coriander stirred through.

 If you want a quick mid- week treat, serve with jacket potatoes or if you want to indulge, go for fully loaded nacho’s and bake with cheese!

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
