A creamy chestnut  and thyme mushroom soup

Chestnut, oyster, button and flat mushroom soup with a hint of thyme and garlic, slowly cooked and blended with a touch of cream. Tear up some old bread and make into croutons and add with a drizzle of olive oil... failing that, enjoy as it is and have a quiet moment!

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
