Slow cooked beef Bolognese in a rich tomato ragu with garlic, basil and oregano.

Serve with spaghetti and grated parmesan for the classic dish, or with cooked orecchiette pasta, smothered with bolognese ragu, grated parmesan and baked in the oven until crispy.

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
