A mild fragrant South Indian curry with green beans, carrot, cauliflower and green peppers.

A bowl of this on its own would be delicious, but you could serve with flatbreads, wilted spinach and chickpeas, cooked pulses such as yellow or green lentils or basmati rice.

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
