Slow-cooked ground beef and black beans in our guajillo and ancho chilli mole, with a hint of cinnamon and bitter chocolate.

A family favourite which can be served simply with long grain rice or stir some lime and chopped coriander through for a whole new taste sensation. If you want a quick midweek meal, serve with jacket potatoes or load onto some nachos and bake with cheese for an indulgent treat!

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
